1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it offers remarkable stability and thickening properties. Cured by ultraviolet lamp, UV2301 boasts exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are considered for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to shield the resin, which contains a UV initiator, from light exposure. Ensure the packaging is stored in complete darkness.
2) Adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer evaporation. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The product has a shelf life of 6 months.
Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
