Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 offers excellent glass fiber wettability and mechanical properties. It cures swiftly under ultraviolet light and is ideal for trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) Thickening of UV2301 resin can be achieved using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the paste directly affect the viscosity and thickening rate.Small batch trials are advised before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials first.

5. Storage:
1) Pack the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the UV initiator from light. Store in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transport according to the State Council's Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, but decreases with rising temperatures.
