Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005 standards; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%; Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%.
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%.
2) Post-Curing: RT×24hrs + 80ºC×24hrs.
4 . Instruction and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and extend the gel time range, use a low-activity curing agent like Butanox LPT from AKZO. When applying as an overcoat layer (e.g., the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to achieve the desired curing degree.
When used as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) The recommended addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). To maximize the paraffin's effectiveness, ensure the resin has a short gel time, approximately 30 minutes.
3)To reduce bubbles and achieve a broad gel time scale, use a curing agent with lowactivity such as Butanox LPT from AKZO. When used as an overcoat layer, paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree. The recommended addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). To maximize the paraffin's effectiveness, ensure the resin has a short gel time, about 30 minutes.
5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside recommended conditions can affect the resin's properties, including viscosity and gel time.
3) Transport should adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.' Due to its styrene monomer content, the resin is both hazardous and flammable.
