1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures efficiently under ultraviolet lamp exposure. This resin boasts exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

Note:The casting is produced following GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions involve UV LED LS128 light intensity of 14 mW/cm2,
for 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of the paste significantly influence the thickening viscosity and rate. Small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using UV lamps or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials beforehand.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin, which contains an ultraviolet light initiator. Store in a dark place with 100% opaque containers.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Seal the containers to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
