1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it offers superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing under ultraviolet light, and exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Hence, small-batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must be kept in a dark, 100% opaque place.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
