Introducing the UV-E2310, a cutting-edge, styrene-free UV-curable resin engineered for excellence. This exceptional resin, stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide and enhanced with glass fiber wetting, boasts remarkable benefits: superior performance, rapid curing, minimal odor, and outstanding mechanical properties. Certified as a non-hazardous chemical and approved for food contact, UV-E2310 is ideal for in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes and other applications where styrene is not recommended.

Note:The casting is produced per GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions require UV LED LS128 light intensity at 14mW/cm²for 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) To achieve desired thickening, UV-E2310 resin can be effectively thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate depend directly on the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used. Small batch trials are recommended to determine optimal conditions. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin offers versatile curing options with mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials beforehand to ensure compatibility. by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Ensure the product is stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums as the resin contains UV initiators. Packaging must be kept in dark, fully opaque conditions.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Prevent exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Maintain a sealed environment to avoid moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area below 25ºC, with a shelf life of up to 6 months. Note: Storage time will decrease as temperatures increase.
