Product Name: HS-243PTF Low Profile Controlled Tooling Resin

1. Brief Introduction:HS-243PTF is a pre-promoted, thixotropic resin enriched with fillers, meticulously engineered for composite tooling fabrication via hand-up or spray-up techniques. Offering a lower profile control, it ensures remarkable dimensional stability and superior surface quality.
HS-243PTF boasts low viscosity, facilitating excellent fiberglass wet-out with minimal print-out. It showcases outstanding heat resistance and superior laminate mechanical properties, enabling rapid tooling construction. Note potential color variations during mold curing.
Designed to supersede conventional tooling resins such as isophthalic, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins, HS-243PTF excels in RTM, LRTM, Infusion, Hand lay-up, and other tooling applications.

4. Guidelines for Use:For optimal results, employ a high-quality mold gel coat to deliver excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
Apply the mold gel coat in two layers: the initial coat should be 0.4 to 0.45 mm thick, culminating in a total thickness of 0.6 to 0.8 mm.

5. Storage:
Store the product in a cool location under 25 ºC, shielded from flames, heat sources, and sealed to prevent moisture, monomer, and volatile substance intrusion. For long-term storage at ambient temperatures up to 25 ºC, the shelf life is 6 months.
