1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. With the inclusion of magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickened, cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, exhibits superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and excellent mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.It is advised to conduct small batch trials before proceeding.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with both *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. For other light sources, small-batch trials are recommended in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure the packaging is kept in a dark environment and is fully opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with increasing temperature.
