1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is an advanced, styrene-free, UV-curable resin. It can be stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, boasting excellent glass fiber wetting properties. Its standout features include superior performance, rapid curing, minimal odor, and exceptional mechanical properties. Classified as a non-hazardous chemical with food certification, it is ideal for UV-CIPP water supply pipe repairs and applications where styrene is not permissible.

4. Suggestions for use:

1) To thicken UV-E2310 resin, use a magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the model and amount of paste used. Conduct small batch trials before large-scale use. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured using either mercury lamps or UV-LED lamps. For alternative curing light sources, perform small batch trials first for optimal results. in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators. Ensure the packaging is fully opaque and stored in a dark place.
2) Follow the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is six months, which decreases with rising temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
