1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin, featuring medium viscosity.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin can be cured efficiently by ultraviolet lamp. It boasts outstanding glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, making it an ideal choice for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used.Conduct small batch trials to determine optimal conditions prior to full-scale application.2) The resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are needed, perform small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the UV light initiator in the resin. The packaging must be kept in dark, 100% opaque containers.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the product is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry environment at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, and it decreases with higher storage temperatures.
