Product Description

UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. When combined with magnesium oxide, it becomes stable and thickened, suitable for curing under ultraviolet lamps. This resin offers excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. It is specifically designed for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines and oil and gas pipelines.

Note:

The casting is made according to GB/T8237; Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 light intensity 14mW/cm², 5min.

Suggestions for Use:

1. UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. Small batch trials are recommended to determine the optimal thickening viscosity and rate.


2. UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. Conduct small-batch trials if using other light sources for curing.

Storage:

1. Package in black IBC tank or iron drum to protect from light exposure. Follow State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" for transportation.


2. Avoid heat sources and moisture. Store in a dark, dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, with storage time decreasing at higher temperatures.
